WHAT DOES SYNOLOGY NAS MEAN?

I've been looking into the Synology line of NAS drives, specifically the DS211. What I actually like is the fact it operates rsync, so I might have the capacity to do genuinely good incremental backups using DeltaCopy for Home windows and will do my backups in excess of a secure link. Does anybody have any working experience employing Synology NAS
